As Women's Association, we organize a four-week self-defense training workshop to enhance women's self-defense skills against physical violence, and we repeat it every term. With this workshop, women can learn the necessary techniques to protect themselves against physical violence and feel safer.
In this project, National Team Kickboxing Coach Hakan Itmis is also volunteering as an instructor to support women. With his expertise and experience, Hakan Itmis will help women become knowledgeable in self-defense techniques. Through this workshop, women can increase their confidence in self-protection and raise awareness about physical violence in society.
